国机集团以发展纺纱、织造、染整、化纤、非织造、纺机专件 6 大纺机业务为抓手，形成智能化棉纺成套纺纱设备示范、纺织行业全流程数字工厂演示系统，推进产品向单机智能化、物流智能化、管理智能化的成套设备转型发展。通过单机智能化，使集团 50% 的纺机产品达到国际领先、世界先进水平；通过物流智能化，构建棉纺、化纤、染整等生产线的智能物流系统，提升物流系统自动化、智能化水平；通过管理智能化， 实现设备远程运维、夜间无人值守和电控一体化，构建数字专家系统公共数据平台，提高生产质量，降低劳动力成本。

中国国际进口博览会是世界上个以进口为主题的大型展会，是全自动纺织机我国2018年度“四大主场外交”之一。她包括贸易投资综合展（简称展）和企业商业展（简称企业展）：展是本届中国国际进口博览会的重要内容，共有82个、3个国际组织设立71个展台，展览面积约3万平方米，各参展国将展示形象、经贸发展成就和特色优势产品全自动纺织机；企业展分7个展区、展览面积27万平方米，来自130多个的3000多家企业签约参展。参展企业将带来质量优良、各具特色的产品，通过展示、洽谈，发现商机，深化合作，还将更丰富中国市场，满足消费者多样化需求。

By focusing on the development of spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing, chemical fiber, non-woven and textile machinery special parts, Sinomach has established an intelligent demonstration system of cotton spinning equipment and a whole-process digital factory demonstration system in the textile industry so as to promote the single-machine intelligence, logistics intelligence and management intelligence during the transformation from products to complete equipment. Through the intelligence of a single machine, 50% of the group’s textile products have reached the international leading level. The intelligent logistics system of cotton spinning, chemical fiber, dyeing and finishing production lines will be built by relying on the logistics intelligence, so as to improve the automation and intelligence level of the logistics system. Through intelligent management, remote operation and maintenance of equipment, unattended operation at night and electronic control integration are realized, and public data platform of digital expert system is constructed to improve production quality and reduce labor cost.
